Buying a car from the USA or Canada with our help is a transparent process with no hidden fees. We keep you informed at every stage, so below you will find detailed information about prices, commissions, and cooperation rules.

Prices and purchase conditions – summary

Two purchase options, commission amounts, and the rules for deposits and customs fees.

Purchase options

1) Client financing (self-financing)

The client covers 100% of the costs: vehicle price, auction fee, transport, and all formalities.
Payment deadline: up to 3 days from the purchase date.
Customs duties are collected after the car arrives in Poland.

2) Co-financing by us

The client pays 30% of the total cost within 3 days of winning the auction. The remaining amount must be settled as soon as the car reaches the European port, before release and onward transport.
Customs duties are collected after the car arrives in Poland.
We do not co-finance vehicles above $30,000.

Notes:

Commission is charged after the car is delivered to Poland.
Co-financing does not apply to vehicles above $30,000.
All amounts are gross (include VAT).

Deposit – amounts and rules

We do not bid without a deposit. Taking part in auctions is free of charge. If the vehicle is not won, the deposit is refunded within 2 business days.

Note: the deposit secures the transaction and is refunded after it is completed or, in case of failure (e.g. losing the auction), is returned to the client.
