How to order a vehicle from the USA or Canada
Importing a vehicle from the USA or Canada is a simple, transparent process. We handle everything—from helping you choose a car, through bidding, to delivering it to your doorstep in Poland. The six steps below show exactly how our cooperation works.
Agreeing on the budget
After analysing the vehicle we set the maximum bid and calculate the total import cost, including transport, customs duties, excise tax, and handling fees. Everything is confirmed via email or phone.

Deposit and agreement
You pay a deposit in person or by bank transfer. If the auction is not won, we refund the money or use it for the next vehicle. We sign a contract that protects both parties.

Bidding and payment
Bidding takes place over the phone or we handle it for you. After winning the auction you make the payment within 48 hours. We can also help with financing to make the purchase easier.

Transport to Poland
We organise transport to the US port and then by sea to Europe. After logging in you get access to port photos, the container number, and shipment tracking to Gdynia, Rotterdam or Bremerhaven.

Delivery and handover
After customs clearance we deliver the vehicle to your home, advise on registration, and help adapt it to EU standards. You receive your dream car ready to drive.
